RAPPELLING to End Homelessness dares to bring awareness to the nearly 3,000 people who are experiencing homelessness here in Palm Beach County. Staffed by the experienced and professional team at Over the Edge (overtheedgeglobal.com), this event will be sure to bring a new daring crowd, and bring The Lord’s Place name and mission to new heights! On February 2, join us at the Comeau Building in downtown West Palm Beach. Two rappelling stations will be set up throughout the day, during which there will be regular downtown foot-traffic and the well-attended West Palm Beach GreenMarket.
Join us as a sponsor, rappel yourself, or challenge your ”Fearless Leader,” where a group can fundraise to challenge their leader to rappel themselves!
Whatever your interest, there is an opportunity for everyone to be involved!

The Lord’s Place is proud to announce a brand new website for our 1st Annual “Rappelling to end Homelessness” event to be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019: rappel4tlp.com.
“We are so excited to unveil this new site, based on our successful sleepouttlp.com website for our SleepOut/SleepIn event.” said Meredith Fontenot, Advancement Services Coordinator for the Lord’s Place. “It has a wide feature set to make participating and donating easier than ever before. Donations and registrations are faster and very user friendly. The site has graphical leaderboards with thumbnail images plus visual editing tools to make editing your fundraising page(s) fun and easy.”
This site was created by Nth Degree Media and Management Group, Inc. (nthdegreegroup.net) from their new event participation & fundraising platform, DonorPowered.com. Nth Degree has graciously donated some of the development time and labor costs to The Lord’s Place, along with entering into a mini Social Enterprise with the organization: A portion of every software installation, new account or software license from DonorPowered.com will be donated to The Lord’s Place to help end homelessness in Palm Beach County, even beyond our amazing events!
